Upon commissioning me, you agree to have read and understood the terms of service provided below.

✦ All commissioned artworks are STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM BEING USED FOR NFTs nor is the copyright of the image transferred over to the client; I still retain copyright over all of my art pieces.
✦ Do not claim, edit, or trace the commissioned artwork
✦ Since i have copyright on all of my artworks, I am allowed to post your commissioned piece in my socials as portfolio or for advertisement purposes (unless privacy is stated in the commission request).
✦ You may not use the artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, and AI. If done, customer will be instantly blacklisted.
✦ First come first serve
✦ TAT/turn around time : the artwork may take a week or month(s) to finish depending the complexity of the artwork.
✦ I do not take rushes.
✦ Commissioned artwork is for personal use only ♡
✦ I will draw the commissioned work based on my artstyle.
✦ I will update you on the commissioned work from time to time.
✦ The client is allowed to repost or use the commissioned artwork on personal accounts or websites, provided that I am properly credited.
✦ Commissioned artworks are not permitted for use in commercial projects. (eg. advertisements, merch, logos, etc) (will be available soon but there will be additional fee)
✦ I will rectify any errors on my part during the sketch and render phases at no additional cost, but I won't do so if the mistake is due to unclear references provided by the commissioner.
✦ I might be inexperienced in certain poses or other elements, as this is my first time so please keep your commission simple!!
✦ Send half of the amount of payment after I send the sketch. You may also pay full.
✦ Please understand that there may be a delay in completing your commission due to personal reasons or other commitments, and remember that creating art takes time. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
✦ You will have 3 free minor revisions. Extra revision fee is $5 / ₱60
✦ Revisions are accepted at the sketch only so please know what you want before I begin!!
✦ I have the right to decline a commission request if it makes me uncomfortable.
✦ Kindly provide references with clear and concise descriptions, and avoid using complex vocabulary.
✦ Ghosting for a week or two or Joy reserving for a month will result to an automatic blacklist. do not hesitate to inform me immediately if you decide to cancel or alter your commission request.
✦ Speedpaints are not available at the moment. the app I use does not have a speedpaint feature and the device I use is not mine so I can't download any recording apps.「 ✦ Important notes ✦ 」
✦ My artstyle looks better on characters with pastel / vibrant colors and cute characters. But I can still try to change it depending on the theme of the artwork.
✦ The simpler the commission, the faster it will finish.
✦ AI generated references will be declined.
✦ For those who want to commission me in any of my socials i want you to recite this phrase:

Make sure to copy-paste xD I will not be accepting it if it isn't the same exact sentence. I'm doing this to avoid getting scammed as a lot of artists are getting scammed nowadaysꔫ Payments and Refunds ꔫ
✦ Mode of payment: Paypal/Gcash
✦ Custom bg fee: $10 or more depending on complexity
✦ Extra characters: 50% of the based price.
✦ Revision fee: $5 (you have 3 free minor revisions before i charge)
✦ If you're wondering why the price in peso is lower than dollars, it's because I chose to set my price in PHP without basing it on the USD currency.
✦ Commission price may increase depending on the complexity of the artwork
✦ Refunds may only be granted if no work has begun on the commission✧ Thank you for reading!!! ✧
